TPS54627 is a 6A synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.76V to 5.5V. The device adopts D-CAP2 mode control and has fast transient response and low output ripple characteristics. Built in high side and low side MOSFETs, supporting a switching frequency of 650kHz.
